The woman is said to have drifted from her lane and hit the vehicle. The impact sent the disabled vehicle into the road, where it was hit by a tractor-trailer. It then caught fire. The driver was pulled from the vehicle, but he died due to his injuries. The woman was arrested for DUI, first-degree homicide by vehicle, reckless driving and other charges. She reportedly has prior arrests for drugs.
