Rich Neville is a partner at Neville Law, LLC. He has served as lead counsel and successfully handled wrongful death, product liability, trucking and motor vehicle accident cases, professional negligence, and personal injury cases. Additionally, he has routinely litigated a variety of probate and real estate cases and secured an array of successful verdicts and judgments for his clients.

Rich serves part time as Chief Judge for the City of Cumming Municipal Court and additionally routinely serves as the county administrator and county conservator by appointment of the Forsyth County Probate Court.

Rich was born and raised in Cumming, Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia and graduated in 1987 with a double major in History and English. Rich then attended Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University where he graduated in 1990. While in law school, Rich was elected Justice on the school Honor Court and served as Research Editor of the Mercer Law Review.

Rich resides in Cumming and is a father of three children. He is a member of Deer Creek Shores Presbyterian Church and served as Clerk of the Session. He is a member and past president of the Forsyth County Bar Association and member and past president of the Forsyth County Rotary Club. He is a member of Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
